is the studio of Carol Bradley and Tilman Lichter, located in Kitchener, Ontario. We design and produce hand pressed stoneware tiles which can be hung on the wall as decorative pieces, used on the table as trivets and coasters, or supplemented with matching hand made field tiles and incorporated into larger installations in residential or commercial environments. Our stoneware tiles are vitreous and frost resistant. They may be used for interior as well as exterior projects in northern climates.

We offer glaze choices ranging from semi-matte to glossy surfaces in a variety of carefully formulated colours, selected for their contemporary appeal as well as their mutual compatibility. As with all hand made and hand glazed tiles, there may be slight variations in shade or hue from tile to tile. These unique differences are intrinsic to the ceramic craft process and contribute essentially to the beauty of the finished work.

Our motifs are based on various plant forms found and collected in nature, such as leaves, branches, flowers and seedpods. The relief imagery focuses attention on these simple and everyday objects, while the natural, quiet hues of our glazes emphasize their subtle allure.
